Je relis ces 6 Tomes à chaque fois avec grand plaisirL'action se passe ainsi 13 ans après la fin de la première guerre universelle, guerre pendant laquelle les C.I.C ont décimé l'humanité. Ambiance post-apocalypse, où les gentils libérateurs Canéens donnet l'impression d'être les oppresseurs. On suit donc Thea, jeune soldate, donc le caractère bien trempé fait forcément écho au héros de UW1, Khalish. De nouveaux enemis et un triangle mystérieux apparaissent, menaçant la quiétude des Canaéens.On est ainsi dans la suite parfaite du T6 de UW1, et les fans inconditionnels ne seront pas perdus, tandis que les nouveaux lecteurs auront suffisamment d'explications pour pouvoir lire ce tome sans avoir lu UW1.Mais le scénario de 1ier tom de cette nouvelle guerre rappelle fortement UW1, dans la construction du scénario, avec parfois les mêmes étapes : triangle vs wormhole, vaisseau spatial vs sonde robotisé envoyée dans le triangle, etc... De même, les personnages sont pour l'instant moins forts : là où on avait des repris de justice à forte personnalité, on a ici des super soldats très proprets.J'attends donc avec impatience les prochains tomes pour crier au génie, ou bien au contraire à l'absence totale de nouveauté, ce qui justifie 4 étoiles pour moi.Suite au proichain tome!!!

à Bajram pour ce renouveau.Voici quelques années alors que UW1 débutait, je lui avait envoyé un petit mail sur son blog qui montrait presque en temps réel le travail à son atelier ; j'étais craintif : "c'est vraiment bien parti, mais la suite sera-t-elle à la hauteur", échaudé que j'étais d'autres histoires qui s'étaient autodétruites malgré des débuts prometteurs... Il m'avait très gentiment répondu à l'époque, comme quoi notamment l'histoire était écrite, mais il ne restait "plus qu'à " la mettre en dessins et couleurs.La suite fut largement à la hauteur et UW1 est déjà un classique. C'est avec curiosité que j'ai donc acheté ce premier volume de UW2 : passionnant !Loin d'être une reprise creuse pour profiter d'un effet de succès, l'intrigue générée sur le passé donne envie de savoir la suite !... sera-t-elle à la hauteur ?! :o))

Après le véritable chef d'oeuvre (de mon point de vue) qu'est UW1, peut être que mon attente était trop forte, mais je crois que Barjam est tombé dans son propre piège. UW1 contenait des personnages une aventure, et un scénario plein de profondeur et de rebondissements, mythique et mystique, complexe et frisant le génie. Ici pour UW2 Barjam reprend le monde préexistant de UW1 et ne présente qu'une trame complexe et prétentieuse, pretexte à des tomes à venir. Après 3 lectures, il ne me reste rien. Pas de personnage, pas d'aventure palpitante... juste une promesse qu'il y aura une suite à rebondissement. Quand au dessin et aux couleurs, rien à dire.

J'adore le scénario, les dessins, la suite est prometteuse d'autant qu'elle a été travaillé et mûrement réfléchi.Une Bd du genre science-Fiction qui vous fera passer la nostalgie de Stars Wars et Star Trek pour lesquelles l'histoire s'est fanée pour ma part hormis Star Trek peut-être. Enfin voilà Bajram l'auteur dessinateur aura je l'espère un jour sur grand écran une adaptation de son oeuvre qui fera la fierté de la BD française.
